I found the hotel location super convenient for getting around the area (it's close to bus routes!). alice chou and the other service staff were so nice. i especially loved the filtered water dispenser in the lobby. It saves so much plastic!
The breakfast offered wasn't great. It was a cold meal collected from reception. the bathroom lacked soap (i had to use shower gel for my hands).

the hotel is close to the city center and times square. it is easily accessible by buses and trams, easy for me to get to most places.

Years ago I stayed in a triple room. I was impressed with its setup that gave privacy to the third person. The room included two toilets. This time, my family and I stayed overnight on our way to Putien. The staff helped us find vegetarian meals for my mother who uses a wheelchair.
The hotel had frosted windows facing a cemetery. I could not open them or see outside
